I remember, very well, writing this song.   the concept had been floating around in my head for quite a while; teenage puppy love.   you know, the kind where they're in love and nothing in the whole world matters, they don't care what anyone else thinks, etc.   It all started when I saw this young, teenage couple walking down the street in total bliss, unaware of the rest of the world and I thought...   all they are thinking is: You and me.   in his eyes, she's the damsel in distress and in her eyes, he's the knight in shining armour.   just like a movie.
